We are pleased to announce that HealthHero has been certified as one of the UK’s Top Healthcare Workplaces, as certified by Great Place to Work.
Our place in this list follows our accreditation as a Great Place to Work in May.
Great Place To Work analysed the responses of UK-based healthcare employees to determine the Best Workplaces in Healthcare list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
Notable results from HealthHero’s survey included 83% of employees feeling welcome upon joining the team, and over 90% reporting they were treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, or race.
