MedTop Healthcare Limited (“MedTop”) (a company incorporated in England with company number 10675063 whose registered office is at 10 Upper Berkeley Street, London W1H 7PE) is providing the Website and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Website or its contents. MedTop disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, MedTop does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Website is accurate, complete or current.
The Website is intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK. If you choose to access the Website from locations outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.
As a condition of your use of the Website, you agree to comply with any terms and conditions which govern a contract between us.

Bulletin boards, chat rooms and other interactive services
MedTop may make bulletin boards, chat rooms or other communication services (“Interactive Services”) available on the Website.
MedTop are not obliged to monitor or moderate any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, information or material (“Submission”) submitted to its Interactive Services, excluding any personal information or feedback provided by you. Where MedTop does monitor or moderate Submissions it shall indicate how this is performed and who should be contacted in relation to any Submission of concern to you.
MedTop may remove or edit any Submission to any of its Interactive Services whether they are moderated or not.
Any Submission you make must comply with the Submission standards set out below.
By making a Submission, you grant to MedTop a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the Submission (in whole or in part) on the Website, and on any other websites operated by MedTop, indefinitely.
For the avoidance of doubt, this section does not apply to any personal information or feedback that you provide to MedTop during your use of our Website and/or Services.
Submission Standards

These Terms are dated [14.05.2020]. No changes to these Terms are valid or have any effect unless agreed by MedTop in writing or made in accordance with this clause. MedTop reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be displayed on the Website and by continuing to use and access the Website following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by MedTop.
