Michelle, a healthcare professional with a background in mental health nursing and as an ambulance paramedic, came to work in Wiltshire in 2007, led the development and management of the Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire Urgent Care Network in Wiltshire. She is a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission, responsible for improving patient care and leading the mobilisation of the new BaNES, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Urgent Care Service.

Sue, a GP with a background in partner and locum practices, joined Medvivo in 2008 as a sessional GP. She later became a Clinical Supervisor for GP registrars and a key member of the Senior GP Clinical Navigator Team. Sue later became the GP Clinical Lead for Swindon.

With a 14-year background as a healthcare IT professional, Simon is the Director of IM&T for Medvivo Group. He joined Wiltshire Medical Services in 2012 and has extensive experience in healthcare IT. Simon is responsible for delivering IM&T services, including infrastructure, telephony solutions, operational systems, and informatics. He is also an accredited ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and responsible for Information Governance and Data Protection.

Geno, a chartered management accountant, joined Medvivo as Finance Director in July 2023. With 18 years of experience in finance and accounting, he specialises in financial planning, budget management, and strategic decision-making. Geno previously supported hospitals at Circle Health Group.
